Q: Does KidKeeper have everything I need to keep records for my Child Care business?
A: Yes, KidKeeper is complete record-keeping software that will manage, organize and simplify all of your business paperwork.
Q: Do I have to type all of my data redundantly on each screen?
A: No, all screens interact to avoid repetitious typing.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of children I can put in the program?
A: There is no limit; you can put as many children in your KidKeeper as you choose.
Q: Will my Food Program accept KidKeeper's Menus and Meal Count Sheets?
A: KidKeeper's forms were designed using Federal Food Program requirements and are accepted by most Food Programs*. If you are unsure, we would be happy to contact your Food Program.
Q: Can I install KidKeeper on more than one computer?
A: Yes! You can install your KidKeeper on numerous computers within the same licensed Child Care Home.
Q: Does KidKeeper come with a Help Manual?
A: Yes, there's a printable User's Manual that gives detailed instructions and is accessible from each screen.
Q: What if I need help? How do I get technical support?

Q: Do you accept all credit and debit cards?
A: Yes, you can purchase KidKeeper using; MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or your debit card. You may also use a personal check or money order sent to our address.
Q: What is the quickest way to order my KidKeeper software?
A: When you order at our web site your software is shipped out within 24 hours.
Q: How fast will I get my order?
A: We ship all orders using First Class Mail so you can expect to receive your order within a few days.
Q: What if I want to return my KidKeeper?
A: Unfortunately once you've installed your KidKeeper, we have no way to get it back from you. However, we will do everything in our power to ensure that you are satisfied with your program.
*KidKeeper cannot replace electronic posting of meals. You can however still use KidKeeper to track meals you're claiming for your taxes.
